Digging from the bottom of his wastepaper basket, Fabian Boschung recovers packaging, receipts, magazine clippings, advertisements and other printed matter. He makes a poetic collage of banality. The title of the book as well as Renaud Loda’s textual contribution offer us an understanding of the Neuchâtel context in which this artistic approach takes place.

Piochant dans le fond de sa corbeille à papier, Fabian Boschung récupère emballages, tickets de caisse, coupures de magazines, publicités et autres imprimés. Il en fait un collage poétique de la banalité. Le titre du livre ainsi que la contribution textuelle de Renaud Loda nous offrent une compréhension du contexte neuchâtelois dans lequel s’inscrit cette démarche artistique.
